Pretty excited – the 42 member Athlete team flys out Friday morning to Sydney and on to Canberra for the World MTB Champs. As it turns out the whole executive team are taking advantage of the proximity of this world champs to attend as well. I’m Jeff Carter, just been elected MTBNZ president and I’ll be travelling with Helena Parsons from Christchurch and Hamish Seaton from Dunedin. We’ll be posting updates from the events and getting stuck into the riding around Canberra.
